Functional Expertise on Dynamics 365 CRM, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate Areas Retail & Private Banking

Description

Responsibilities:
• The candidate should have experience in the retail and private banking domains.
• Run customer workshops to discuss scope (requirement gathering sessions).
• Create functional architecture and functional requirements documents or assist in creating the product
backlog and grooming user stories.
• Analyze all requirements and documentation in the bank’s system.
• Provide functional expertise on the D365 CE platform (Sales and Customer Service Modules), Model Driven
Apps, and Power Automate areas.
• Offer functional expertise on D365 CE platform and Azure Services integrations.
• Demonstrate the features developed during sprint review meetings.
• Validate UATs and provide inputs for creation.
• Review training documents and provide feedback.
• Support the implementation team by responding to all queries.
