Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, business process mapping, and preparing business requirement specifications, flowcharts, logical diagrams, and process improvements.
Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc. (AWS preferred).
Additional Advantages:
Cloud certification from any Cloud Service Provider (preferred AWS).
Prior experience in SDLC-related projects.
Knowledge of application security and adherence to best practices in application development standards and methodologies.
Good understanding of testing methodologies and hands-on experience in performing various application and system testing.

Responsibilities:
Provide support in the management, maintenance, and testing of IT application systems to ensure their optimal operation and functionality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, external ICT providers, and government agencies for system operational support, maintenance activities, and new initiatives or enhancements.
Serve in an advisory role and guide team members on developing IT solutions aligned with business and Authority requirements.
Maintain the Project Management Office (PMO), track documentation, and monitor project progress.
Coordinate and facilitate audit reviews conducted by authorized parties on behalf of the Authority.
Review project deliverable s such as monthly project reports, privileged user access logs, test plans, test reports, application design, and code to ensure completeness and readiness for acceptance.
Ensure project delivery complies with relevant policies and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance gaps.
