Description
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, specializing in IT business applications or enterprise IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum and SAFe frameworks, to enhance project flexibility and delivery speed.
Manage and coordinate multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering results on time and within budget.
Oversee cross-functional teams, including working closely with finance business units, to facilitate seamless project execution.
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Engage with stakeholders effectively, managing expectations, making informed decisions, and negotiating as needed.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage distributed teams to foster an Agile and collaborative environment.
Build and maintain a transparent, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
