Product Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of product management experience within fast-growing, enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
Strong domain expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems, contract management, subion entitlements, and quote-to-cash processes.
Proven experience in designing solutions for quoting and pricing systems in a SaaS context.
Deep understanding of subion-based business models and revenue recognition.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application within SaaS products is a plus.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Product Managers to lead the development and growth of our SaaS subion and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies, driving agile development, and delivering customer-centric solutions aligned with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, particularly in quote-to-cash processes, contract lifecycle management, and subion business models.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the product vision, creating detailed roadmaps and release plans that align with company objectives.
Agile & SAFe Frameworks: Act as Product Owner within Agile Scrum teams, managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and facilitating sprint ceremonies. Design solution approaches following SAFe guidelines for enterprise-scale development.
Requirements Definition: Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear, actionable requirements that meet business and customer needs.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Customer Experience, Engineering) and external customers, leveraging feedback to inform product enhancements.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize product analytics to monitor user journeys, identify pain points, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and execute successful product launch strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster transparent communication and teamwork across engineering, sales, support, and other departments to ensure cohesive product delivery.
