Requirements


  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, including Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Future methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, and bulk data handling.
  • Experience with custom objects, fields, validation rules, Workflows, and Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud including Communities/Portals, user access, and branding.
  • Experience with Health Cloud, including data model, care management, and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and large-volume data handling.
  • Understanding of OAuth, SSO, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience with asynchronous processing such as Batch Apex, Queueable, and Platform Events.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Good troubleshooting, debugging, and system performance optimization skills.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring maintainable, high-quality code.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.

Description

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, LWC, Aura components, Flows, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud implementations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure development quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior/mid-level Salesforce developers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and effort estimations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
  • Support CI/CD and Salesforce release management processes.

    • Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

    • Knowledge of Conga Composer and document generation/automation.
    • Experience with Git and version control.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado.
    • Experience with CI/CD and release management.
    • Platform Developer II certification.
    • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud integrations.
    • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and interoperability standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
    • Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHR/EMR, Utilization Management, Care Management platforms, Member Portals, and Provider Portals.

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
    • Salesforce Platform Developer II – Preferred
